The Maggie Estes White Interview is featured on The Paul Leslie Hour.

Are you here? Some of you have been here all along! This is The Paul Leslie Hour. Welcome to it.

We’ve got an interview to the archives with Maggie Estes White, this originally went out on the radio the last day of 2007 and early 2008. She was Maggie Estes then, and here’s a tidbit… this is the shortest radio interview Paul ever did.

He was very proud to welcome Maggie Estes White, a celebrated fiddler. The interview got a great reaction from listeners.

Maggie’s love is the fiddle and she’s been playing since she was four years old. At the time of this interview she was seventeen. Although her first musical passion was the violin, her shows also feature the mandolin and Irish step dancing. Maggie is a champion fiddler, writes songs, has made some very warmly-received albums and in the past toured and recorded with singer-songwriter Peter Mayer.

We’ve got many more interviews from the archives that need to see the light of day, plus new interviews. If you’d like to be a patron of the spoken words and independent media, please go right here and we thank you!

I think it’s time to get this interview out there! Maggie was and is the youngest guest in the history of this show. Let’s take a look back with this interview.
