All right, so we have an interview from our radio archives with an international legend. There was a bit of a thing here, a catch kind of. Enrico Macias is a French musical legend of Algerian Jewish descent. A singer, songwriter and recording artist, your Paul Edward Leslie first heard his music on an international flight. He knew that he wanted to try and interview this great international star.

So he goes through the appropriate contacts and soon enough Enrico Macias is calling in. Mr. Macias says to Paul, let’s do the interview in French. The catch we were talking about? Paul doesn’t speak French. Paul and Enrico eventually agreed, let’s try and do the interview you are about to hear in English.

There is a strong language barrier. However, we think it’s still worth listening.
