“Wix” Wickens has worked with artists like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Tim Finn, David Gilmour and many others. Today, “Wix” Wickens is the keyboard player and musical director for Paul McCartney.

He began touring with Paul McCartney back in 1989 He’s been with Paul ever since. He appeared on the 1990 live album “Tripping the Live Fantastic.” He followed this by appearing on the Paul McCartney album “Unplugged.” In the studio, Paul “Wix” Wickens has contributed to a bunch of McCartney studio albums.
