Not long ago I got an email from Bill Boggs… he was nice enough to write and it reminded me of our mutual love of Frank Sinatra and this interview we did in 2016. This was broadcast on the radio in Charleston, South Carolina and has not been available as a podcast. I wanted to get this out there.
To tell you a little bit more about the man, Bill Boggs is a four-time Emmy award winning television host, interviewer and author. As a broadcast journalist, Bill Boggs interviewed many famous figures, but perhaps none as legendary as singer and actor Frank Sinatra. The historic first ever TV talk show interview with Frank Sinatra was hosted by Bill Boggs. Boggs once said “much of my life has been intertwined with Frank Sinatra’s.” He was kind enough to join me for a second time on The Paul Leslie Hour where we took a close look at Frank Sinatra, who has been called one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century.
