THE PAUL LESLIE HOUR INTERVIEWS Episode #483 – Lanny Fiel

Episode #483 – Lanny Fiel

Lanny Fiel is a special guest on The Paul Leslie Hour.

I have on the show an influential music man. Lanny Fiel is the guest. He is a multi-instrumentalist: fiddler, guitarist, pianist. He’s a performer and recording artist, music director, producer, author, teacher, radio personality and music historian.

He has some interesting stories and diverse experiences. He was the teacher for Amanda Shires. He was a violist for the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra. Early on he co-wrote a song with Jimmy Buffett and played on some of his earlier albums back in the 1970s. Lanny Fiel had a friendship with the late, legendary songwriter Cindy Walker.

When you meet Lanny Fiel, you can’t help, but to love him. I was honored to interview him. Whether you’re aware of him or not, I hope you enjoy his many tales. He’s right here on The Paul Leslie Hour.
