Bart Herbison is the Executive Director of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). It is the world’s largest not-for-profit Songwriters trade association. The organization is committed to protecting the rights and future of the songwriting profession and to educate the public about songwriting and to protect the future of songwriting. Bart Herbison is a Tennessee native, he has a history in radio broadcasting, newspaper reporting and working in politics. Putting all of this together seems to be the perfect foundation for his professional life which is dedicated to preserving the future of the noble art and business of songwriting. It’s an interesting and entertaining talk with a down to earth man of action.
