THE PAUL LESLIE HOUR INTERVIEWS Episode #291 – Paolo Dalla Zorza

Episode #291 – Paolo Dalla Zorza

He told us that people called him “the Cartier of gelato,” and you may agree when you taste some of the luxurious frozen treats Paolo Dalla Zorza dreams up and creates. We asked where was a good place to get dessert while walking around the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta. That was when we first heart of Paolo’s. The gelato is always fabulous. Paolo Dalla Zorza is quite a character. Corina and I recorded this interview in the back of his Atlanta gelateria for La Revisita magazine. Paolo has been in the news recently because he is selling his Atlanta location to concentrate on the location on 41 John Street in Charleston, South Carolina. We will miss Paolo, but hope to run into him when visiting Charleston!
